Amazing beyond expectations
The staff are beyond lovely and helpful from the second we got there till leaving and even after leaving Kong and Don walked us to the train station and helped us with pur luggage all the way to find our sleeper train, we would not have been able to do it with out them everyone went above and beyond! It is so close to the train station for the sleeper trains and there is lots to see and do around the hotel, I will definitely go back to this hotel The staff is what made this hotel so great!

Wonderful staff made our stay
The location was really good, we booked last minute and the staff had no problem accommodating us. The staff here were the most helpful and kind we have come across in Vietnam! They helped us find places to eat, helped us plan when to go to train street, helped with our bags too. It’s exceptional value for money. They even packed us a little bag of snacks when we were getting on our bus- so kind and thoughtful! We are returning to Hanoi in a week and will stay here again
