Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay
1) Positives were the front desk staff Ivy and Chi - excellent customer service at all times. 2) AC was good but rattling noise sometimes. 3) Hot water was good. 4) Wifi was fine. 5) King bed was comfy but by the 2nd night it felt like it was two full size beds that were joined since it felt like the mattresses were just barely sliding apart during the night. I just moved over a little bit and it was fine. 6) I appreciated the two small bottles of complimentary water delivered everyday.
1) Toilet hadn't been cleaned before I arrived, so when I opened the lid I was greeted by someone's hairs in the bowl. An honest mistake that was probably just missed this time - everything else seemed to be clean. 2) AC temp was good and room cooled quickly, but there was occasionally a rattling sound that would begin at random times. After the first night I got used to it (Room 302). 3)I was surprised to open the window and see it open onto the wall of the next building, but on the plus side, I think this kept it much quieter at night, so it was probably for the best.

Incredible service from incredible people
The hospitality and welcome nature of Ivy, Chi, Viet and William at the front desk is something I have never experienced before. They offered help and support throughout the entire journey and went beyond their role and expectations to ensure we had a great stay. Cannot speak more highly of them or what they meant for our trip

Exceptional stay and top-notch hospitality in Hanoi!
Our family had a fantastic stay at Hotel Hanoi Center Silk Premium during our vacation in Vietnam! The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our trip. A special thank you to Ms. Chi, Ms. Ivy, Viet, and William for their incredible warmth, hospitality, and helpfulness. They helped arrange everything we needed seamlessly, including our day tours to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. The tours were extremely reliable, well-organized, and offered great value for money. We couldn't have asked for a better host in Hanoi. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the city—we would love to stay here again!
