    Really enjoyed it was very pleasant

    Great location if you want to be in the heart of the old quarter, easy for tour companies to pick you up.

    Quite clean a nice chilled vibe

    Location was good. Air conditioning worked fine

    Had a floor level room with a glass door so light came from lobby at night, and noise from guests/staff could be heard at night. There was a in-between glass door in the aisle from the lobby to my door, but I was told to keep it open, so all that noise just came to my room. There was no warm water.

    Manager and the girl at the reception were both very nice! Nice and cozy, quiet hotel next to the busiest section of Hanoi. Worth its price Matteo
