Wonderful Hospitality and Excellent Location!
I had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Dal Vostro Valentino Hotel & Spa! The hospitality was truly outstanding, and the staff — Sophie, Anna, Harry, Tim, Andy, and Tom — were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. They helped arrange airport transportation, recommended great local restaurants, and even assisted us with making reservations. One thoughtful gesture I especially appreciated was that they arranged an earlier breakfast time to accommodate our early-morning day tour. It really showed how much they care about their guests. The location is another huge plus! The hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake, local restaurants, shops, and many attractions. Even better, cars can drive directly to the hotel entrance, which is a big advantage in the Old Quarter. We didn't have to drag our luggage through busy, narrow streets, making arrival and departure much more convenient. Overall, the combination of exceptional service, thoughtful attention to detail, and a fantastic location made our stay memorable. I highly recommend Hanoi Dal Vostro Valentino Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome!

Prettig hotel
De kamer was prima. De douche is heerlijk. We hadden een groot bed. Het personeel was zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. In het weekend is het in de straten rond het hotel onaangenaam druk. In de straat van het hotel en in het hotel zelf heb je daar geen last van.
De foto van de bovenste verdieping leek te suggereren dat er een bar boven was met krukken. Dat was niet zo. Je kunt er zitten maar er zit geen bar. In de beschrijving stond dat er een restaurant was maar dat klopt niet. Ook een tuin is er niet terwijl dat in de beschrijving stond.

Best choice for a first time in Hanoi, to get around the city or get some rest between activities
Perfectly situated, close to the touristic area but not on a busy street nor over restaurants and bars. Breakfast buffet is opened from 6.30 to 10am, perfect for early departure or quiet morning, view over the city from the roof top. Beddings very comfortable. Very helpful and professional staff.
