I really loved how friendly the staff were, especially jay who was very welcoming when i first arrived to the hotel. He was active in providing suggestions for what to do in hanoi, where to eat in hanoi and even which part of vietnam i should visit next. He was really super friendly and approachable and i really commend his effort and genuinity.
The room was a bit dusty, and the soap and shampoo were not the best. Location was easy to pass but i think without the crowd around the hotel, it is more noticeable.
