    Overall, the room is nice. Aircon is working well. Thanks to all the front staffs making our stay enjoyable.

    Friendly and helpful staff. Very attentive and always came forward to help.

    The housekeeping wasn’t very clean after 2nd day. Toilet floor was not clean thoroughly.

    The staff made us feel extra special and welcomed. They went above and beyond. The rooms are great as a base to explore Hanoi - no fancy skyline views, but that's not why you are staying here!

    The staff and the service is absolutely exceptional. Location in the middle of old quarters is convenient for the area. The property is clean and well maintained
