Perfect
Perfect stay with a hotel that has a reasonable price. Staff were amazing and kind enough to assist with booking my room and allow me stay extra 1 hour so I can arrange my reservation. Lyn, Sam and John are most down to earth staff that would go along way to satisfy their guest. I will be back for sure

The room provided was large and comfortable to rest in, the staff were very friendly and spoke English well. In addition the hotel itself was well located for convenient access into the city.

Best hotel in Hanoi
I had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, very close to the city centre, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. A special mention to Sam at reception, who was absolutely lovely and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!
