    We took a chance booking this hotel and if you are on a tight budget and looking for a good central location then this w

    Fabulous location! Staff all seemed friendly and helpful.

    It felt more like a hostel than a hotel and the bed and pillows were rock hard.

    Schönes Zimmer und freundlicher Service

    Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schön und geräumig, sodass ich mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Besonders praktisch fand ich auch den Safe im Zimmer, da dieser in vielen Unterkünften in Vietnam nicht vorhanden ist. Auch die Lage war super: Man ist mitten im Geschehen und von zahlreichen Geschäften umgeben. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Einen Flughafentransfer konnte ich unkompliziert und zu einem guten Preis buchen, und auch die Abholung verlief reibungslos. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker.

    Leider habe ich meinen Schlafanzug im Hotel vergessen. Nachdem ich das Hotel kontaktiert hatte, konnten meine Sachen jedoch nicht gefunden werden. Das war schade und hat den ansonsten sehr positiven Aufenthalt etwas getrübt.

    Very nice and friendly hotel in the middle of old town

    The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! It felt very familiar. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again!

    The hotel is conveniently located. Staff was nice, everything was clean and functional. Breakfast was ok. They offer free baggage storage and an opportunity to take a shower before your check-in which is very convenient. The money exchange the receptionist recommended was reliable.
