Absolutely loved my room on top floor with outside grassed area, the view was amazing I also Absolutely loved the staff Jasmine and I had great conversations and also another lady I didn't get her name but she organized a spa treatment at their sister hotel for me. They also stored my luggage until the evening when I caught the train

disappointing, can find way better value elsewhere
the room was really spacious, and the location was great with many shops to look at as we walk around the area! the hotel lobby also gave a really clean vibe, and the staff was very warm and accommodating to us, and breakfast was really pleasant!
many things can be improved here, we paid double than our normal hotels in vietnam and it was rather disappointing. initially when we walked into our room, the floor had a really sandy and dusty feel, the duvet had no blankets inside and we had to specially request the staff to help us find/attach the blanket inside the duvet. staff did not take off shoes when helping us, which i think explains the sandy/dusty feeling of the floor. the covers in the toilet does not fully cover the corners, which is really misleading as it seemed like it would completely block whoever is in the toilet. you cannot request for anymore water apart from the 2 bottles of water (350ml instead of the usual 500ml bottles), which i think is very unreasonable considering the heavier price we are paying for this hotel. the tv has many options, but the netflix had no account attached, which may sound stingy on my end, but having paid less for other hotels which provided more amenities, i think this hotel can be skipped.
