Incredibly friendly staff! Nothing was too much for them always happy help out with absolutley anything! Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and breakfast was included for us which was tasty! Check out was a breeze , we had an overnight trip to sapa so had to stow our luggage somewhere for day. The team were happy to hold onto it. We decided to get a massage after dinner which was amazing and they allowed us to get freshned up before our over night trip! Even after checking out! After 10 years working in eco Tourism back home this hotel knows how to look after their guests. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the lake, making it perfect for exploring the area. The hospitality was outstanding, especially Hannah and Cindy and the entire staff who were incredibly warm, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our stay was memorable and comfortable. They also have a lovely little rooftop bar. Highly recommended!

A gem in the center of old quarter without the unwanted party vibes.
This property shines due to its location and staff. All the staff from the front desk to the room attendants were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. We had stayed at two other properties while in the old quarter and this was at the top. I would also recommend taking advantage of the morning breakfast. It was delicious and options changed throughout our stay.
