    מלון מצויין בעיר העתיקה של האנוי. צוות מקסים שנותן שירות מצויין עם חיוך. נותנים מענה לכל נושא. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה ומגוונת. אני בטוח שאם נחזור להאנוי זה יהיה גם מקום הלינה הבא שלנו.

    Everything made us comfortable during staying at this hotel☺️ All staff was very friendly with warm hospitality and professional.They made us relief. Additionally, location around this hotel also awesome. It was easy to access everywhere. We will definitely recommend this hotel and come again in the future. We sincerely appreciate all your staff🫶

    Excellent location and exceptionally clean

    An excellent location right near the lake, but down a quieter street so no street noise. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very large and clean with great facilities. Good selection at breakfast. The rooftop bar was also very nice. Walkable to the cathedral in a few minutes, and steps away from the Old Quarter
