Size of the room and location

No elevator. And the smell from the kitchen is all over the building. And the noise from the street.

    The Location

Breakfast overpriced , coffee and milk never replaced and the fridge wasn't working so when we bought milk there was no where to store it. Not enamoured with a view of a wall
