A bejelentkezés flottul ment. Könnyű megtalálni az instrukciók alapján. A szállás tökéletes, tiszta, tágas, kényelmes az ágy. Jól felszerelt apartman. Jó szívvel ajánlom.
A légkondi használata okozott egy kis nehézséget. Valamiért rendszeresen kikapcsolt és alig tudtuk újra elindítani. A lakás sötét, de mi csak aludni jártunk haza minket nem zavart

Superb
The apartment is close to the city center, but in a quiet area. The bus station is next to the building, the Principe train station is in 15 minutes walk distance.
"Poor" is a mild term to describe the communication with the host. They asked us twice when we arrive. We answered that we arrive at 10 AM, by plane. They didn't read the answer but sent back previously prepared messages describing how to reach the property by car. We asked three times, on Booking and WhatsApp, if it is possible to check in at 10 AM. They didn't answer the question, just sent us again the prepared messages about reaching the apartment by car. We arrived at 10 AM (we didn't choose the hour, it was the only option to reach Genova by plane), the apartment was not ready. We called to what they provided us as the "emergency number", both on phone and WhatsApp, nobody answered. On the third call, a rude man answered, asked why do we pretend to check-in at that hour, why we didn't ask that in advance, told us that they cannot read and answer to all messages that they receive (!), and ended up the conversation abruptly, without even saying "goog bye". We didn't pretend anything, we just asked several times in advance if it is possible but they didn't care. The outside images af the apartment on Booking are misleading. The apartment is not in the building displayed on Booking. Its windows open to a lightning shaft inside of the building; there is no view of the city or anything else. At most, one can see inside the neighbours' apartments. The building is noisy. There is a door at the corridor entrance that slams loudly every time one closes it. It wakes you up in the morning, when people start leaving the building.
