Disappointing
The room itself was nice and the bed comfortable
We didn't have hot water for the stay. I contacted them (via Booking.com which is how they sent the welcome message when we arrived) but never heard back. To make matters worse, we realised that when another room flushed their toilet, dirty water would come up through the drain in our bath - clearly there's a plumbing issue. For the price, it really wasn't good enough.

Nice stay - very comfy and super location for the Bryce Canyon.
Location was super, nice village (Tropic) with a nice coffeeshop and pizzeria. Check in / check out was super easy. Rooms are clean and super comfortable. Enjoyed the night.
