  Muy buena experiencia

  La ubicación es increíble, el edificio es muy bueno, las facilidades de transporte para recorrer Siesta Key son una gran ventaja. El apartamento está muy bien dotado, es cómodo y el anfitrión es muy amable y está pendiente de ayudar.

  Unsere Erwartungen waren bei weitem nicht erfüllt!

  Nichts!

  Wir haben diese Wohnung nach 3 Tagen, anstelle von 15 Tagen verlassen! Die Gründe waren Unsauberkeit mit Haaren im Bett, kleine Tierchen krochen am Boden , A/C viel zu laut, beinahe explosionsartig eingeschaltet, und schlechte Ausstattung in Küche und Bad! Sind sehr enttäuscht schon deshalb, weil mit dem Kontakt des Eigentümers alles abgestritten wurde. Er hätte alles kontrolliert und mit Farbe ausgebessert was höchstens gestunken hat. Wir wollten nur noch weg, haben jedoch keine Beweise mit Aufnahmen etc mitgenommen. Schlechteste Erfahrung mit Booking.com seit 20 Jahren! Unsere Ferien waren abgebrochen. Eigentlich sollte eine Rückerstattung gemacht werden.

  Superb

  Fantastic location, not far from Siesta Beach and the Village, very good amenities, exactly as advertised, excellent communication with the owner, very clear information and instructions, timely updates… We stayed with 3-yrs-old kid and it’s been a perfect fit - spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and quite at night.

  Could have used a dryer (for towels and washed clothes)…

  I love the accommodation It was an amazing place, and the apartment was excellent. The apartment owner was excellent.

  Gym, Pool, equipment in the apartment, location etc - almost everything was just perfect and well maintained. The rental manager even helped us to find a second free parking space as we were a party with 2 cars.

  There was construction work going on which we were not aware of at the time of booking. However, the owner of the apartment informed us about it before the stay which we appreciated. On some days it was really loud, especially if the work was done next door.
