Harbour View (period) sums it up.
The view is its selling feature. It is in walking distance to Cuba St. and shops.
Maneuvering a vehicle, no matter the size, in the parking structure is very difficult. Portable heaters. The washer/dryer combo was a pain; better instructions needed, had to Google the appliance multiple times to figure it out and clothes still never dried properly.

Position and price were pretty good, close to some good food options.
There is no aircon only fans. It didn’t affect us as it’s spring, but I’m not sure I would want to stay here during summer.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, ist geräumig und hat eine schöne Aussicht. Für Kinder gab es sogar einiges an Spielzeug. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Parken kann man gut gegenüber im Parkhaus Wilson.
