    Appears to be a new hotel in an old building and is a work in progress.

    The location on the bay and the view were excellent. Lots of dining options within walking distance.

    I think the room needs a desk. There is only a coffee table. Also, written instructions for the fireplace and firepit would be helpful. Finally, they need to better display where the office is for check in (actually they don't even have an office).
