Fab hotel and location, definitely will return and stay here.

Top floor rooms have best views. Good standard of equipment in the room, loved that they gave you bottled water and biscuits each day. Not just the first day. Loved the cooked breakfast options. The drinks terrace is stunning as is the view from the restaurant. I took my own feather pillow as don't like foam ones but it seems they have feather options on request. Great.

The walls between top floor rooms seemed thin as u could hear people talking. Not sure if the top floor is original part of building as lower areas seemed more solid. A bigger choice of breakfast buffet would be nice. I liked the cooked options but the range of cold food seemed limited, compared to other hotels we've stayed in.

    A lovely birthday weekend

The view. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast options.

Bar very expensive, especially cost of a coffee (more expensive than I have ever paid)

excellent location to stay in Poole.

i stayed for five nights, my double room was at the front of the hotel, so no sea views. The room was clean and the house keeping staff were great and kept me stocked up with coffee pods and anything else i needed. The hotel staff in general were great, the restaurant was good as was the breakfast each morning. the restaurant has stunning views of the harbour.

I did have a large extractor fan on the flat roof outside my room, this started around 6.30am each morning and was then in use throughout the day stopping around 10pm. i did get use to it but could have done without the early wake up call each morning.
