  The view was fantastic and the the location was perfect for our stay in order to access everything we needed.

  We didn’t stay in the property we booked, and paid for. On arrival, the ‘luxury’ apartment was clearly unsuitable due to the steep stair access to the bedrooms. I had contacted the property prior to booking to check access, as we had my 91 year old mother with us. And told it was lift access and then on one level, otherwise I would not have booked it! There was no one available to help with the situation on arrival at 6pm, after a long journey. Eventually I managed to get hold of someone on the phone, the only person who came to assist us, and it was her evening off. Kerry ( only name I have) came back to the property to help us, and found us a more suitable, from an access perspective, apartment. Without her kindness we would have been in a fairly desperate position, 7 pm at night with a 91 year old, and no where to stay Kerry managed somehow to find us an option of somewhere to stay at the tors. However it was a lot smaller with only one bathroom, the luxury apartment has a second toilet, and the beds were fairly uncomfortable. The apartment had two double beds, towels for four and yet only had seating in the living area for three? The sofa was very small and upright and pretty uncomfortable. The apartment could have been cleaner, wooden floor are a bit unforgiving to dust, large spider in the sink which had been there a while and flies on the windowsill. There was one bathroom, a wet-room, which mean’t once used the only facility we had, was wet for the rest of the day ( one of the reasons for booking the luxury apartment was two toilets) The kitchen was not well equipped to cook a meal, lack of certain utensils and pans.

  Lovely apartment in a fab location. Great terrace to sit and relax on.

  Television signal was non existent so couldn't watch any tv in the evening after a day walking. Did manage to find something on the bbc i player but freesat signal needs sorting.
