We were one-nighters and everything was adequate. I was able to shower!
The view was the best available in the district. However, mudflats of a harbour for most of the time. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the deck out the front.
Hot water supply was mediocre, no jets in the shower, just a dribble.

Worth for money
Sea view and a quite place.
There much to say only toilet door was a bit hard. But that wasn't an issue.

Great location just out of town
Very clean. Great local walks. Free Kayaks but only when tide allows.
