    Great location, lovely cottage and good customer service

    Great location, everything we required in the kitchen, plenty of space for our group of 7 people. We had an issue with heating in one bedroom and with a toilet seat. I rang the helpline and the problems were fixed the same day.

    Couldn’t find how to switch on the outside light. Instructions for parking could have been a bit clearer and a number 3 on the back door would have helped. Also the bedrooms were very dark and better lighting would help. But these are very minor points.

    An excellent place for a family break in Northumberland. A lovely home ffrom home!

    Lovely big property, very comfortable and lovely style. Lots of space to move round so that 7 people could all have their own space when needed. Loved the bath in the bedroom nd the large showers. Loved that all bedrooms had a TV.

    The lighting in the kitchen was a little dim and no pizza cutter. (But that’s being very picky)

    We had a wonderful time

    Location

    The shower head in the downstairs bathroom doesn’t stay in position and has to be handheld The lighting over the kitchen sink could be better when preparing food
