Please note that there is a nonrefundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is nonrefundable when the booking is canceled. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. The elevator replacement project will be commencing on Monday 20th May, both elevators will be out of service for the initial 2-3 weeks. After that, they will be working on one elevator at a time for 24 weeks.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
