    Could do a lot better, with attention to detail

    Very convenient for Matlock & lower Peak District for hiking & sightseeing . Plenty of space within the property & lovely view of the lake

    WiFi in our property (Hardwick) was non-existent (also poor mobile signal, which was expected), this caused major issues for planning days out, along with connectivity for grandson's downtime entertainment. Flooring on the 1st floor was extremely creaky, especially noisy at night Attention to detail was a little disappointing, for example, given this was a self-catering property, there was not even any salt & pepper 😳🤦🏼‍♂️!!!

    Lovely location, our cottage was opposite the lake. It was spacious, nicely furnished and equipped with amenities.

    Water pressure in the property was low in one bathroom. We didn't know how to operate the t.v. We reported both but no one came.
