    Very disappointing stay – poor condition and not worth the price

    To be fair, the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, which we appreciated. However, unfortunately, friendly staff cannot compensate for an apartment that is so poorly maintained and in need of significant renovation and repairs.

    Unfortunately, our stay at Herenda Residence in Zakopane was very disappointing. We booked a large apartment, but the overall condition of the apartment was far below what we expected. The furniture and equipment were visibly worn and damaged. All the chairs were very dirty, the table had visible holes, the sofa was covered with stains, and the dishwasher door was completely damaged. The coffee machine was also broken. Even more inconveniently, there were doors throughout the apartment that could not be closed properly or easily, which made the apartment feel unfinished and poorly maintained. The breakfast concept was also disappointing. Breakfast is delivered in picnic baskets, with an excessive amount of food individually packed in plastic. For two people, there was simply far too much food, making the whole setup feel wasteful rather than thoughtful. Much of it cannot realistically be eaten for breakfast. The location was another downside for us. The residence is situated directly by a very busy road, and the traffic noise is clearly audible throughout the stay. It is also not particularly convenient if you want to visit central Zakopane, as you essentially need to drive there. Overall, we expected much more and would not choose Herenda Residence again. The property has potential, but the current standard of the apartment simply does not match what we would expect from accommodation in this price range.

    Było ok, dużo miejsca, czysto. Na plus parkowanie w hali garażowej i winda.

    Było miło, zgodnie z oczekiwaniem, śniadanko dobre. Bez wyboru opcji "z widokiem na góry", z tarasu mogłam sobie podziwiać "Pana Giewonta" w całej okazałości.

    Za mało wieszaków czy też miejsc na powieszenie ręczników.....przy trzech (w moim wypadku), a nawet możliwości zakwaterowania w tym apartamencie czterech osób, jeden wieszaczek w łazience, to za mało....
