Plutôt bien
L’emplacement est idéal, le logement est très cosy et propre. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné et toujours à l’écoute. Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l’accueil.
Les chambres sont trop proches les unes des autres, ce qui entraîne beaucoup de nuisances sonores. La chambre reste assez petite et le prix est tout de même assez élevé au regard des prestations proposées.

모기가 좀 많아서... 그래도 모기장이 있어서 좋았는데, 모기장은 조금 더 자주 세척하면 좋을 듯.

Könnte nett sein, ABER!!!
Lage war für uns sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig, mal abgesehen von der Baustelle nebenan. Konnte man aber nur hören, nicht sehen. Schöner Pool.
Leider mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel auf unserer Balireise. Auf den ersten Blick recht hübsch, auf den zweiten leider etwas abgewohnt. Die Zimmertür hat grosse Schlitze, da können ungehindert Mücken rein. Es gibt nur einen dicken Vorhang zum zuziehen/- wenn man Tageslicht im Zimmer möchte, dann kann jeder vom Pool aus ungehindert ins Zimmer schauen. Die Badtür ist mit einem Riegel zu schliessen, wenn man nachts auf die Toilette muss, macht das einen Riesen Radau. Vom Zimmernachbarn bekommt man das auch komplett mit. Ganze Bad ist draussen, auch die Toilette. Die Matratze war für uns sehr unbequem. Das ganze Bett ist sehr wackelig- wenn sich einer nur ein bisschen bewegt, wackelt das ganze Bett. Personal ist teilweise sehr unmotiviert. Englischkenntnisse sind miserabel, wobei es immer wieder zu Missverständnissen kommt. Auf gar keinen Fall eine Massage buchen. Ich hatte an den Beinen danach alles voller blauer Flecken und bei meinem Mann war der ganze Rücken zerkratzt- Katastrophe!! Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders einfallsreich- an einem Tag gab es 2 Komponenten nicht, so dass die Auswahl noch eingeschränkter war. Dabei ist ein kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, so dass man es ganz leicht hätte ändern können. Würde dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.
