    strong sewage smell. A let down

    only the location is good.

    there was strong sewage smell in the bathroom into the bedroom. information dissemination from host is not timely. internet was down during the stay. A notice of auction sales was pasted on the unit door on the last night of our stay and this unit's owner owes more than RM8k in maintenance fee to the condo management, as displayed on the board inside the lift. . If the owner owes money to the bank and the condo management, how well do we expect them to upkeep the unit. Not a great experience overall.
