    Perfekte Hub und Rückzugsort für Ausflüge in Osaka, Kyoto und Nara

    Die Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und verhältnismässig ruhig, insbesondere die Zimmer auf der Westseite. Die Architektur, die kostenlose Happyhour, der Afternoon-Tea.

    Die Englischkenntnisse bei einigen Mitarbeitern könnten besser sein.

    Super Unterkunft mit einzigartigem Ausblick und sehr gutem Service.

    Super Architektur und schöne Zimmer. Toller und sehr freundlicher Service. Tageszeitungen sowie freie Bar in der Lobby. Unglaublicher Blick über die Stadt. Immer wieder gerne!

    Highend business hotel

    Highend business hotei. Highly motivated staff. Spaceous rooms in upper quality level. Balcony is a nice to have but not reallly needed feature. Complimentary Happy Hour was a great surprise and is a special add on which we did not await. Umena Station is about 12 minutes to walk and can be made partly through undeground shopping arcades if you are able to find the right directon (above ground no problem to find the way). Good start point for the sightseeing tours. If you want to come and leave by taxi to shin osaka station than each ride is about 2000 yen which is reasonable (takes 8-12 minutes).

    Nothing to complain. All in all a perfect stay
