Over all not satisfied , unteasonbly expensive

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warranted it. From the moment I arrived, things were off. The check-in process involved forceful upgradation of room in view of Non functional AC, and the front desk staff seemed disinterested and borderline rude. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to get my room key. The room itself was a letdown. It smelled musty and AC doesn’t work during day time. To top it off, the advertised “free Wi-Fi” barely worked, and the breakfast buffet was a joke. All in all, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be coming back
