  Lovely apartment with great

  It was a nice property with a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice.

  The properties Wi-Fi did not work. We contacted the management, but they did not resolve the issue. There were a few items that needed to be restocked. There were no dishwasher pods, the batteries in the remote for the thermostat were missing. We were unable to get the heat to turn on even after contacting the management. There were no paper towels or napkins provided in the kitchen.

  Un bel endroit gaché par un check in harcelant et risqué en termes de vol de données.

  Bel emplacement avec vue panoramique sur le lac. Grand logement bien équipé avec un étage. Parking devant la porte d’entrée. Prix correct pour la région. Beautiful location with a panoramic view of the lake. Large, well-equipped accommodation with an upper floor. Parking right in front of the entrance door. Fair price for the region." "Bella posizione con vista panoramica sul lago. Alloggio grande e ben attrezzato disposto su due livelli. Parcheggio davanti alla porta d'ingresso. Prezzo corretto per la regione."

  Le check in a été horrible. La plateforme qui Bugue. Obligés de déposer vos pièces d’identité recto verso avec en plus une photo de votre visage avec document à côté. Prise de risque très important : piratage de données et usurpation d’identité avec une cybersécurité pas au niveau. Nous avons différé notre départ en vacances de 4 h pour gérer le check in. Solution retenue avec le personnel salarié des bailleurs : envoi par mail. Le personnel n’est pas responsable et gère au mieux cette complexité. Nous avons eu froid. Nous avons téléphoné pour augmenter la température. Impossible à cause la loi italienne. Partout ailleurs en Italie nous avons pu gérer nous même la température. "The check-in was horrible. The platform kept glitching. We were forced to upload both sides of our ID cards along with a photo of our face next to the document. This represents a very significant risk regarding data hacking and identity theft, especially with subpar cybersecurity. We had to delay our vacation departure by 4 hours just to manage the check-in. The solution ultimately chosen with the owners' salaried staff was to send it by email. The staff is not to blame and handles this complexity as best as they can. We were cold. We called to have the temperature increased, but it was impossible due to Italian law. Everywhere else in Italy, we were able to manage the temperature ourselves." "Il check-in è stato orribile. La piattaforma continuava a bloccarsi. Siamo stati costretti a caricare i documenti d'identità fronte e retro, oltre a una foto del viso con il documento a fianco. Un rischio molto significativo di violazione dei dati e furto d'identità, con una cybersicurezza non all'altezza. Abbiamo dovuto ritardare la partenza per le vacanze di 4 ore solo per gestire il check-in. La soluzione adottata con il personale dipendente dei locatori è stata l'invio tramite email. Il personale non ha colpe e gestisce al meglio questa complessità.

  Amplitud de la casa , localización , aparcamiento , vistas , equipamiento cocina .

  Como sugerencia pediría que hubiera algún producto limpiador para los baños , son estancias largas en las que los baños deben limpiarse … Deben avisar que al haber 2 plantas , la escalera tiene dificultad para personas mayores y cierto peligro en niños pequeños .
