    Perfect location when visiting Southampton. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice room with nice amenities.

    No breakfast on the property.

    Friendly staff, overall is was good stay.

    Good location and clean, bed and bedsheets very comfortable.

    Bring your own toiletries, and walls and floors very thin, you can hear every step when a person walks next door and hallway.

    Clean rooms. Great AC. Great value. Tough to find employees.

    The location and proximity to Southampton Village was perfect. The parking was also easy, but note it is a dirt parking lot and could be muddy if there is inclement weather.

    The only issue we had is that we had to go into their restaurant, Blu Mar, to locate the manager/receptionist.
