Appallingly disappointing and way overpriced.
The owners were attentive, welcoming and helpful
The small and poorly furnished room purported to be superior which it was most certainly was not. WE have stayed in this room before, apart from turning the beds around nothing has changed or improved. The lack of sound proofing between adjoining rooms made it noisy and uncomfortable. This situation was compounded by the VERY loud flushing,, water running in both our and adjoining bathrooms, The shower tray and drain were dirty. A dreadful stay altogether. If it had not been late in the day on arrival and the payment had already been taken we would have left immediately and looked elsewhere. The issues have not been resolved since the last time we stayed here some four /five years ago. A very expensive room not worth the excessive amount that we paid for it. We are resolved NEVER to stay there again.
