Quiet and cozy farm stay, we loved it!

We were debating between Harrison Hot Springs and this cozy farm, and we are so glad we chose to stay here! It was the perfect two-night getaway. The farm brought back so many fond memories of spending summer days with grandparents in the countryside. The night sky was absolutely mesmerizing, you don’t get to see stars so clearly in the city! It was also a lot of fun getting to hang out with the dog, cat, and chickens. Harold was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived after dark around 8:00 PM, and because there are multiple buildings on the property, it took us about 7–10 minutes to figure out where to go in the pitch black. In hindsight, we should have just called Harold right away! The moment we reached out, he came right out to welcome us. So for future guests arriving late: don't hesitate to give him a quick call if you need help navigating! We loved every minute!

Worth noting: this is a farm, not a 5-star resort, and your expectations should take this into account. But if you're looking for a cozy countryside stay with a sky full of stars and a nice yard with chickens roaming around freely, you are going to love it, just as we did!

We loved the casual, eclectic atmosphere and decor, amazing, huge kitchen, hot tub, pool table, library and wide open spaces to roam. The rooms are all unique encorporating upcycled stained glass, vintage furniture and decor, all showcased so tastefully! The spaces are all very clean and inviting, and the "chill" vibe makes everyone comfortable and 'at home'. The host was very welcoming, abd was always attentive and helpful, but not overwhelming.
