  Not what I expected

  We liked the location, the kitchen looked new and attractive. Price was not eccentric

  We found hair in the shower, which was in itself dirty (lots of mould-this could be resolved with a little fresh sealant) We actually chose not to use it. In 2 of the 3 beds we found actual clumps of hair. (Just to clarify, from a red head-we are all brunettes). Facilities were very limited...couldn't even find a couple of tea bags in a pot on arrival. Empty Bleach bottle in toilet, so couldn't even clean after ourselves during our stay. (Maybe I'm fussy, but I like to consider the next user of the toilet) Found old items of medication (previous guests?) Beds were extremely uncomfortable (springs in mattresses very clear to feel) Beds did not smell freshly laundered (not saying for certain they weren't washed, but it does seem unlikely-finding the amount of hair that we did in them. However even the most basic laundry products have a scent, this was not present) Didn't feel a clear and cared for vibe, chipped tables, stained, worn carpets We did not expect a luxury stay as the price seemed very fair online, but we did expect a clean and comfortable stay at minimum. I feel this is fair and reasonable when paying for accommodation. Over all pretty disappointed. Feel unfairly charged if completely honest. To summarise, a 'tired' and not very well maintained property. I do not enjoy leaving unpleasant reviews, I genuinely I don't, but in the end I decided, for a family stay, (not even a student crash over after a night out kind of thing) I feel it only fair to do so. This will at least make other families aware in the future or may be constructively used by the host moving forward. I've chosen not to share photos as I feel it's more derogatory than is necessary. This review is for useful purposes not to be unkind.

  Really Nice property ideal for visits to Anfield

  Really enjoyed our stay here. Property perfectly placed for trips to Anfield. Great cafe down the road. (Anfield Cafe). Property was clean and today and very well equipped . The Host was incredibly helpful.

  Not really much to dislike about this property apart from the double bed. When you lay on it the mattress is lower than the very solid wooden sides, and if you rollover when asleep and your leg hangs over the edge of the bed, this can be painful and will wake you as it did me a couple of times through the night. Sleep wasn't great. But other than this the property was great and would defo return
