  Great potential but needs some TLC and window locks repairing

  Location was amazing- shame there’s no parking. 2 min walk to the station, 5 min walk to Watford shopping centre was great

  We left a day early as the downstairs bathroom window didn’t close securely nor did the children’s bedroom with a flat roof outside both room backed onto the garden which backed straight onto a public alley way- I absolutely didn’t feel safe there. The bathroom needs some TLC- visible black mould, paint peeling and smelt very damp. The whole house was musty

  Passable for its purpose.

  Enough space for 5 to even 6 people (but only one toilet, and insufficient toilet paper, etc). Harry Potter theme was cute. To be fair, the peeling paint and difficult plumbing are typical of British homes of this age

  Dusty, insufficient toilet paper and what was there seemed wet and deformed (paper towel too), greasy kitchen items (pans, cups), hot (only one fan), hard to operate LEDs (could not turn them all off), expensive to add on late checkout, and a fair number of flies. And some cleaning items left around

  Just ok

  Easy to find, great location, lots of space and options for sleeping. One fan available in one of the bedrooms. The basement cinema room was nice and cool. Adequate stay that just met our needs.

  Given the wrong code for the lockbox initially, we had to wait outside until customer services got us the correct code. Property is a little rundown and pictures are not up to date to show this. Table and chairs in the kitchen could not be used due to not being securely built. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Unable to open the back door or use the back garden during a heatwave. Sofas and beds were hard and not very comfortable. Loose cables in the living room. No lock on the bathroom door and rear bedroom door would not close properly. Listing changed its name to include parking but when we asked about it they said there was no parking then removed it from the listing name again.
