Clean , spacious , good location but not comfortable
Clean , spacious and very good location .
As someone who also works in the hospitality industry, I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand the challenges of this business. However, I felt very disappointed by the way I was treated. The apartment belongs to a nearby five-star hotel, yet I was made to feel like a second-class guest. Whenever I called my host, the hotel reception answered, and when I asked them to call a taxi for my departure to airport, I was told they could not arrange one for someone who was not staying at the hotel like I gave a damn about it . I was just trying to contact my host on the phone they provided me for assistance, the fact that it rings on a hotel reception is not an issue for me neither do I care . There were also several issues with the apartment: no Wi-Fi or signal leaving me with no choice but strolling around the city like a Wi-Fi seeker . No iron provided upon request leaving me with a shirt in a suitcase and the most important of all , a “double bed” made of two single beds without a proper mattress topper. I ended up on the floor both nights and woke up with back pain. I only respect that the staff brought extra towels and changed the sheets of the bed after the first night that we were found on the floor.

Idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Rzymu. Czysto i przyjemnie. Pan czekał z kluczami. Ciągły i stały kontakt. Brak uwag.
