Worst staying in Worcester so far

  Location

The tons of house rules written everywhere .You don ‘t feel welcome at all. There was no bedding ( duvet cover and pillowcase ) on the bed.I could not use their pillows and duvet in any case because everything was stinking , smelling very bad.Bedding was dirty same the pillows .I used their fleece blanket plus another blanket( synthetic), that I found in the cupboard to try and make the bed . Plus the unit was dirty , especially the bedroom with lots of dust, hair , even coins .I cleaned myself . I left blankets on the floor to advise them to wash them , and the only “dirtiness “I left was a bit of biodegradable cat litter in the kitchen .They wanted to charge me for extra cleaning and dry cleaning of blankets ( these blankets can be washed in a normal washing machine ). They don t make the unit comfortable , pity as the location is very good .
