    Spacious for the family of 3, beds comfortable, lots of extras available like camping chairs, beach mats, wind breaker, drying rack, fans for the hot weather etc. As well as typical kitchen things so we didn't have to buy them like washing up liquid, paper towels. 12 to 15 minutes walk through Toft zig zag and you are on the beach ...amazing! Lovely area to walk around, close to Boscombe pier and if you walk a bit further you reach Bournemouth pier. Having a dedicated parking space was really useful.

    Noisy road which thankfully calmed down after 8 in the evening ... if the windows were closed you could not hear anything so it was well sound proof.

    The place is exceptionaly clean and the rooms are spacious. The two bathrooms are a plus for families! The location is great for families with kids...also the beach is close

    Excellent condition to stay with family

    We found everything in the kitchen to make our breakfast,

    One of the shower sliding door need to fix. It could be better to fit a disabled folded handrail next to one toilet would be prefect match for disable people.
