Die Lage mit Blick ins Grüne und direkt im Zentrum. Die Sauberkeit und die sehr komfortable Ausstattung. Die schnelle Erreichbarkeit des freundlichen Eigentümers bei einer Rückfrage.

Super sauber, relativ große Räume, tolle Lage, zwei Bäder und der eigene Parkplatz ist ebenfalls ein +Punkt.

Hervorragende Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt im Harz.
Sie Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, von der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Park. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, großräumig und gepflegt. Ideale Parkmöglichkeiten.
Es fehlten Kleinigkeiten: Mixer in der Küche, nur 2 statt 4x Teeservice, Mülleimer in den Badezimmern. Die B4 führt hinter dem Haus vorbei, daher müssen Lärmempfindliche die Schlafzimmerfenster (schallisoliert) geschlossen halten.
