    سعة المكان ونظافته وتعامل الموظفين الراقي وموقعه الجميل بين كل الخدمات

    وجود المقهى في الداخل يسبب ازعاج كبير بالنسبة للغرف المطلة عليه البهو الداخلي

    المراتب قاسية نوعا ما، ومنحدر كراسي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حاد زغير مناسب، ولا توجد آلية لاستقبال العميل عند اول وصوله في المواقف السفلية او تسليمه بطاقة لها قبل ان يدخل من المدخل الرئيسي اولا عبر المنحدر الصعب
