    We had a lovely relaxing stay and would recommend

    It was beautiful and in a lovely location It had everything we needed while we were there although maybe some information regarding taxis or local takeout would be good as we didn’t realise after the cafe closed there wasn’t much about unless you drove which was the whole point of our trip to ditch the car and get out and about We were told that there were no lights on the trail to and from Bakewell so came back early to avoid being on the track in the dark if that makes sense

    It could have done with black out curtains to block out every car light that came around the roundabout Obviously that can’t be helped because of it’s location but maybe they would help a little Although we didn’t use the oven it was dirty when we arrived and the fridge could of done with a wipe over too otherwise everything else was clean and tidy and it was a lovely place to stay

    Pleasant stay with easy access to surrounding areas

    Easy access for an elderly person I.e. not many stairs & all on one level but a bit small

    Requires black out curtains to block the traffic lights shining through the bedroom windows & needs double glazing as is very noisy, the oven was very dirty & the bathroom towel rail was dirty/dusty, the rest of the property was good, nice touches with dog towel, treats & bed for the dogs

    Great location

    The location was excellent

    The noisy traffic and bright head lights on a night time , , the dirt on bottom of shower and towel rail and dust on window sills
