    Disappointing

    Location

    Upon entering the property, we immediately noticed a musty, dusty odor. As I looked around, it became clear that the cleanliness could be improved. The bedside tables, in particular, had a noticeable layer of dust, and the beach towels provided didn’t seem the most hygienic—fortunately, we had brought our own. Additionally, some toiletries were missing. That said, the location is excellent, and I appreciated the quick response from customer service when we reached out. I hope this feedback will help enhance the overall guest experience moving forward.
