  Spacious, but very poor value for the price (as a solo traveler)

  The apartment is spacious, and every room has at least one window or door fitted with a mosquito screen, which is useful for ventilation. I

  I stayed alone for four nights on a business trip during the off-season and paid a pretty penny. For that price, the overall standard and service were disappointing. If I were traveling in a large group the price of course would be reasonable, however it is the off season. The Wi-Fi did not work during my stay. The property is directly beside an industrial wood-processing site, with machinery audible from early morning until late. Windows in three of the four rooms face this complex, so the noise significantly affected the otherwise peaceful setting. There are no blackout curtains. In one bedroom, the curtains cover only the windows, while the glass balcony door cannot be covered at all, making it impossible to darken the room properly. The only standard-sized pillow provided was thin and poorly filled, with just one small additional pillow available. For my four-night stay, I received one full-sized bath towel and two smaller towels. Hand soap was provided, but there was no shampoo or shower gel. Again, we’re talking a premium price here as a solo traveler, that’s why I expect shampoo and more towels. Although the apartment can accommodate approximately eight people, it has only one toilet and one shower. Large hiking or skiing groups should be aware that getting ready could take considerable time. Finally, the kitchen notice asks guests to strip the beds to make the hosts’ work easier. This checkout request felt inappropriate at more than €275 per night during the off-season. I have stayed in many similarly priced apartments/ apartment hotels, and this fell noticeably below the standard I would expect. I would not book it again at this price.

  Schoon ruim appartement in een mooie omgeving

  Mooie ruime schone woning, fijne keuken, badkamer. Wasmachine. Leuk speelgoed voor onze dochter. Leuke speeltuin achter het station. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen.

  De ligging zelf is een beetje gek. Naast houtzagerij die constant doorgaat. (Geen last van met ramen dicht overigens). Dorpje behoorlijk uitgestorven. Niet echt hikes te maken vanuit het huisje. Oetz ligt op 10 min rijden, dat is een erg leuk dorpje. Maar voor de prijs is het super!
