    Viel Platz, alle super nett, Waschmöglichkeiten, nah am Strand, überdachter Fahrradstellplatz, Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt fußnah

    Leider kein Bäcker in Utersum, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja auch nix.
