    Die Vorteile im Haus am Hühnerdieb überwiegen deutlich.

    Die Lage in der Altstadt hat Vor- und Nachteile. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen vor der Haustür, aber auch die Gaststätten. Dadurch ist der Lärmpegel bis weit in die Nacht recht hoch.
