  Sehr gut geeignet für einen entspannten Urlaub nahe vom Zentrum.

  Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Dekoration war sehr ansprechend.

  Es war im Schlafzimmer etwas zu wenig Platz für unsere Bekleidung.

  Das Apartment war schön eingerichtet, ausreichend groß und schön dekoriert. Die Lage war super.

  Das Apartment wurde nicht gut gereinigt. Der Boden war schmutzig, Haare im Waschbecken, verfärbte Fugen in der Dusche und eine verunreinigte Toilette mit alter Bürste. So einen schlechten Zustand hatten wir noch nie. Auch die Küchenspüle war nicht funktionsfähig, der Abfluss konnte nicht abgedichtet werden.

  I’m extremely disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, the experience was far below what we expected, especially considering the standards guests are expected to follow and the cleaning fees they threaten to charge upon checkout. First, we had a serious issue with our apartment door—it would not lock, which is obviously a major security concern. We immediately contacted customer service and were told the house master would arrive within an hour. Instead, we waited THREE HOURS and had to make three follow-up calls. Each time I called, I was given an expected arrival time, waited beyond that time, and still no one showed up. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the customer service representative. She became annoyed and actually told me that I didn’t have to keep calling back. Of course I had to call back—our door could not lock, and every expected time they gave us passed without anyone arriving! Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. The internet connection was also extremely weak and slow. We contacted them about this as well, but the issue was never properly fixed. Their response was that they had not received complaints from other residents, as though that somehow meant our problem did not exist. The Wi-Fi remained very slow. Another major issue was the terrible sewage smell coming from the toilets. The smell was extremely unpleasant and made the bathrooms uncomfortable to use. There was also a construction site directly behind the property, which created a lot of noise and significantly affected the comfort of our stay. The apartment did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived. The rug was visibly very dirty, and there were still plates/utensils left inside the dishwasher. I genuinely had the impression that the apartment had not been properly cleaned before our check-in.
