    Gute Ausstattung, zentrale Lage, geräumig, selbst ein kleiner Vorrat in der Küche an Kaffeefiltern, Salz, Zucker, Tee, Folien sind vorhanden, was in Apartments auf Sylt sonst nie vorhanden ist, so dass man in der Regel alles komplett neu kaufen muss. Es gibt zudem für den gesamten Aufenthalt die Möglichkeit, den Bus Service frei zu benutzen.
