    Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht und einer schönen Sauna im Keller, die man gegen Gebühr nutzen darf. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist klasse. Man kann zu Fuß auf die Festung Königstein, den Pfaffenstein und auch zum Bahnhof für Fahrten Richtung Dresden oder Bad Schandau

    Im Moment keine Empfehlung - schade

    Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Es war für einen längeren Aufenthalt alles da. Das Objekt hat Potential, aber alles als FeWo und Garten nutzbar machen.. Schade.

    Rund um das Haus sieht es sehr unordentlich aus. auf dem Balkon mag man nicht sitzen, trotz Abendsonne+Festungsblick. Im Garten liegt Müll u.ä., Nachbarbalkon dreckig mit alten benutzten Kaffeetassen und übervollen Aschenbechern. Rauchgeruch kam zunehmend aus der Badlüftung. Wir hatten einfach noch zusätzlich Pech- Reperatur eines Daches am anderen Ende des Objektes und Glasfaserausbau zum Ende der Woche. Bagger steht früh 7 Uhr vor Schlafzimmerfenster. Sauna war nicht nutzbar, lädt aber auch nicht zum Aufenthalt ein.
