    Die freundlichen Gastgeber, die Ausstattung, schöne/freundliche Ferienwohnung, ruhige Lage, direkt an der Bushaltestelle/Kirnitzschtalbahn Wer's ruhig mag ist hier richtig. Wenn man aber ins Zentrum will muss man 1km Spaziergang in Kauf nehmen

    Wir fanden die Lage der Ferienwohnung und die Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns leider nur selten gesehen,da wir viel unterwegs waren. Das gesamte Haus war rauchfrei,was wir sehr gut fanden. Die Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Vor allem die ruhige Stimmung im Haus und dass es trotz der Hitze angenehm kühl in der Wohnung war haben wir als erholsam empfunden. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet,was man zum Kochen/Essen braucht.

    Baustellenlärm,wobei die Vermieter da natürlich nichts für können. Kaputte Möbel (aufgerissene Sessel) und der lose Balkonbodenbelag.
