    Toller Ort, tolle Lage, Kleinigkeiten sind noch ausbaufähig.

    Unschlagbare Lage, Größe und Raumaufteilung der Wohnung.

    Balkon (keine Überdachung, bei Regen dauerhaft unter Wasser), Zugang zur Wohnung etwas umständlich. Ausstattung der Küche (zu wenig Besteck)
