Ganz lieben Dank an die sympathische Gastgeberin.
Gastgeberin Karin hat schon im Vorfeld jede Frage zeitnah beantwortet. Der Empfang war perfekt. Es ist ein , mit Liebe, Geschmack und netten Details umgebautes altes Gebäude. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Man kann es nur empfehlen. Die Sauna im Fass ist einfach genial!!!
Ein kleines Detail fanden wir nicht so schön, aber es war nicht so schlimm. Das ist die Gebühr für Bademantel und Saunatücher. Wir hatten alles dabei und wirklich brauchen tut man es auch nicht.

- Ein über 400 Jahre altes, mit extrem viel Liebe zum Detail und Leidenschaft saniertes, riesiges und gemütliches Haus mit historischem Charme. - Die absolute Ruhe und traumhafte Alleinlage in Spiss (der höchstgelegenen Gemeinde Österreichs auf 1.700 m) mit einem sagenhaften Ausblick auf die Berge. - Toller Wellnessbereich mit zwei wunderschönen Terrassen (inkl. Sauna) und einem Wellnesskeller mit Infrarotkabine. - Perfekt geeignet zur Sternenbeobachtung (man kann hier wunderbar und ungestört die Milchstraße sehen!). - Sehr angenehmer Brötchenservice am Morgen sowie die Verfügbarkeit von regionalem Honig und Eiern. - Äußerst warmherzige, gastfreundliche Vermieterin (Karin).
Hier gibt es absolut nichts zu nennen – der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt!

Spacious, comfortable and authentic house near the Samnaum-Ischgl ski area
Spacious and authentic house near the Samnaum-Ischgl ski area. Friendly, professional and thoughtful host Karin who has welcomed us personally and checked our wellbeing regularly during our stay. Daily bread service that was definitely appreciated. Well equipped kitchen, and functional ski room with heated boot rack. Many thoughtful details, practical accessories, groceries, decor and artefacts present in the house. We enjoyed the infra red and hot stone saunas which were very welcoming especially during the week of extreme snowfall that we experienced. Samnaun Ravaitsch ski lifts give easy access to the ski area and are about 8 mins drive with the car. During days with extreme snowfall the ski bus can be used. Schedule is limited : 8:25 am to go from Spiss dorf, 16:00 to return from Samnaun Dorf/Ravaitsch/Larett. We would definitely recommend the house to others for a ski break with family. We stayed with 3 generations and we all enjoyed the house and facilities.
We appreciated the spacious open air parking next to the house. A carport would have been handy especially given the extreme snowfall (50cm per day) that made the car access difficult. The beds were very comfortable and provided with good bed linnen; perhaps a little hard to our personal taste.

Perfect place for a great stay.
This place was everything and more! It’s very nice and a great place to stay. Overall we had an amazing experience.
